Featured Yoga Retreats for 2008 & 2009

A yoga retreat provides the ideal environment for deepening our asana practice, having fun and having a communal experience, and developing an awareness of the yogic way of life. As we remove ourselves from our daily lives and routine, we gain greater perspective and clarity. We come together in an uplifting environment with likeminded individuals and explore alternative aspects of ourselves. There is time for meditation, reflection, sharing, relaxation, active and passive yoga, swimming, bathing and lots of fun. All retreats include lodging, meals and three classes per day.

Thomas gave his first yoga retreat in the autumn of 1993. He now offers retreats in the United States, Mexico, Peru, Switzerland, and Spain. These are fantastic oppurtunities to be on vacation, to be in a conscious group field, and to take very good care of ourselves.
